At the age of 25, he was hired as HR-director of the Kumpen Group, a family owned business that grew significantly over a period of 12 years. Geert was a company director during the final 3 years of this expansion.
He then joined the leading HR-consultancy firm De Witte & Morel where he managed the offices in Antwerp and Hasselt and was a member of the national management team.
